Just got done seeing The Pointer Sisters. It may be cheesy but I've always wanted to see them. And The Legal Shield actually paid for entertainment for the first time in 40 years.

Midland Fugitive Arrested in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO - A Midland man on the run was caught in San Antonio on Wednesday.

42-year-old Robert Munoz is charged with two counts of aggravated assault of child in Midland.

Police say back in April, Munoz was charged with sexually assaulting a child.

While out on bond, he struck again on a different child and fled.

This month, the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force was asked to help find him.

A few tips led them to the San Antonio area.

He was caught coming out of a house and arrested. 

When is it okay to use the word "DEAR"? Part - 2

Part - 1
I was visiting with a friend the other day when I mentioned to her that someone had been calling me "dear." For some reason that made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. Then the more I thought about it I realized, from time to time, I call people "dear" usually a female. So, I was explaining to my friend that I thought I had been making people feel uncomfortable by calling them "dear".

Part - 2

 ...a lot staying in a great hotel in SouthLake. There is a girl that works at the front desk that is just awesomely gorgeous. Every time I go to the hotel, my highlight is to see her smiling,giving me a hug and saying, "I'm glad you're back Mr. Wilde." On my last visit, I asked her boss if she could take a break and I got her some gelato. We sat and had a little talk.

Everyone who knows me knows I have no problem talking, except when I am attracted to a girl. I get very nervous and I have to act like I don't like her so I can be normal. Anyway, we had our little talk which was delightful. She went back to work and I went to my room.

The next day I go down, she's back at the front desk. I go over to say hi and she says, "Hello, dear." Well when she said that it didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. In fact, it made me feel good and that's why I'm writing all of this.

So the question is if I call people "DEAR," how do I know if I'm making them feel uncomfortable or if I'm making their day?

The Perfect Temperature

I've been staying in the Hilton in still Southlake for over a week now. Let me just tell you from someone who's done a whole lot of traveling. When you can fill up your ice bucket at 7 PM and there is still ice at 12 o'clock noon the next day, that is the perfect room temperature. I wish I could get it this cold at my house and my office, but then they would be referred to as  heaven.
