B&D Part 3

Part 3

There was NO concert. We were there early as usual. We listened to the two opening acts and right as Brooks & Dunn are going to take the stage, the electricity goes out. Massive thunderstorms and lots and lots of rain had taken over the night. Some of you may remember the flood in Dallas in 1995 where several people were injured and killed. We were there.

We waited the rough stuff out and made it out to my truck. The water was waist high. It was something like I have only seen on TV before and since then. Brooks & Dunn said that there was nothing they could do, obviously, but they would be back. In fact they did come back and we went back to Dallas for another great concert.
