The question is, are there people in the world that actually do what they say they're going to do? When I was younger I remember people telling me or my parents they would do something and they did it. Sure there's exceptions but people would contact you and let you know they were not going to be able to follow through. They didn't just vanish or screw you. Yes, I guess I'm talking about Dear here. It still for some reason boggles my mind that she was so deceitful and lied about so many things and seemed to have no problem doing so what so ever!
Quick Story - She seemed nice, his girlfriend. I still can't wrap my mind around the idea that he was telling me that he loved me and that I was the only one when his girlfriend was there the entire time. When she told me that all she wanted to know was if her boyfriend was cheating, I felt like the most disgusting person in the entire world. I felt absolutely terrible about all the things that were said, what was he thinking? Why would he not consider how hurt the other people involved could get? I will never understand.
Let's just pretend for a second that that little story came from Dear. The conclusion I come to when I read that story is that she was involved with the guy that evidently had a girlfriend, well actually two girlfriends. Girlfriend number one and then girlfriend Dear. Then girlfriend number one finds out, contacts Dear to see if her boyfriend is cheating and Dear had no idea.
It seems like Dear knew that this was wrong hence the line, "I felt like the most disgusting person in the world." That's a pretty powerful statement. Technically, if the boyfriend never told her about his other girlfriend Dear didn't do anything wrong. Yet she feels terrible about doing this to another girl. And then you dig a little deeper where she says, "I felt absolutely terrible about all the things that were said." Then this is one of my favorite lines, "Why would he not consider how hurt the other people involved could get?" I would pose this one question, "Why would Dear not consider how hurt the other people involved could get?"
For those of you that don't know, it wasn't just me that she did evil things to. There are many but I will give you a few examples.
1. Her best friend in college had a boyfriend that Dear was trying to seduce into sleeping with her, How do I know this? Because Dear told me. She told me if she could just get her best friend's boyfriend to sleep with her it would make her feel better about herself. One question, why would Dear not consider how hurt the other people involved could get?
2. Dear told me..................
