Share Their Child - WILDE Year

I was just thinking today of things to be grateful and thankful for. I know a lot of people that are not as fortunate as myself. Even though things sometimes seem sad for myself. I have a friend who really wanted her daughter to go to a certain school and told me no matter what it would happen. Here it is a year later and her daughter is nowhere near that school. In fact they're not even in the same house. Even worse they don't even own the house any longer now they're just  in a rental. Who would've ever guessed that a year ago. I have another friend who had a great job were she got to basically set your own schedule and she really liked what she was doing. Now she has to report to an office every day and doesn't have the flexibility or freedom she had. I know someone else who went through a divorce and is now having to share their child. That must be terrible. I think that's why I don't want any children, I can't imagine having to share them so to speak. So I wanted to  say thank you to all my friends and family and other supporters. It's been a hard year but it could've been a lot worse. 2012 is going to be the WILDE year. I'm going to do exactly what I want to do with who will one do it with when I want to do it and not feel guilty. I have been brought to this place in my life for a reason  so I'm going to enjoy it. Life is too long to live the way you don't want to live.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra

I'm going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra tomorrow in San Antonio. Other than Shania Twain it might be the best show I've ever seen. I guess you can tell I've seen them once before. Also looking forward to spending some time with the lovely person going with me. Pictures and videos will follow
bye-bye for now

A Repeat Of The M-Word - I Don't Even Think So

Most of you are familiar with The M-Word. But just in case here are a few links to catch you up
The M-Word Part 1
The M-Word Part 2
The M-Word Part 3
so there is a new person that I have been friends with for a year or 2. And her nickname should be The M-Word #2. we met in similar circumstances, and a work environment. There is an age difference..what's new? she thinks she knows what she wants, but what she doesn't know is she doesn't know what she wants. I like to say she doesn't know what she doesn't know. I did not know what I did not know back in The-M Word days. I really did think that when she got older she would want to build her life instead of just continuing to live through her parents and her families lives. I learned that the hard way. People don't change. This M-Word #2 keeps saying things will be all different as time passes. But oh how wrong she is. If she's not willing to go after what she wants now, she'll never be willing to go after what she wants. An excellent predictor of future behavior is relevant past behavior. Let's talk about The M-Word #1 for a second. It's been over 10 years and she is basically no different than she was back then. Except now she will openly live with different guys and her parents accept it as long as it's not me.

Someone told me a long time ago if something's not worth getting all worked up over, perhaps it's not worth doing at all. So this M-Word #2 is very attractive, cute, sweet, has great hair, is very intelligent, and is very fun to be around. But those are also part of the problem. I've already done that deal when you wait on someone till the time supposedly gets right, the time never is right for those type of people.

I will brag on myself in this area. I think I have done a fantastic job of seizing the opportunities as they have come my way. Sure I have said things like: I'm not old enough to do that, I don't have the money for that, I'll wait till I get out of school to do that, and 1 million other excuses. But when I see something I want I go after it hundred percent.

Bye-bye for now

I Feel Totally Duped Again

Well sorry for harping on the same subject. But I feel like I was totally duped again. This person was supposedly my friend, and she totally turned Into someone I don't even recognize or know anymore. I mean literally there isn't one part of her that I even recognize from the 90 or so days that I knew her. Why Do I just keep running into these crazy people? Or are all girls just crazy?

Maybe people are not all the same?

I hired a new assistant today. She's the exact same age as the previous assistant. I asked her if she was a big partier. She said that she's never even been to Midnight. That is the newest hottest bar in town. My previous assistant, well let's just say it was rare for her not to have black marks all over her hands. They are both equally cute, both have pleasant personalities as well. But my previous assistant wasn't who she presented herself to be I guess you could say. So tomorrow we start over again!!
